Mashpee Pond beach is less than 2 miles away and it has picnic areas and playgrounds. In the evenings, gather around for a barbeque and enjoy the firepit. Enjoy easy access to The Mashpee Commons as well as beaches on the Atlantic and Cape Cod Bay. Less than 2 miles from Mashpee Pond Beaches.

This home sleeps six guests between three bedrooms.
Sleep soundly on a king-size bed with hotel-quality linens in the master bedroom (second floor). Large windows deliver natural light and serene views of the surrounding beauty. This has a walk in closet, own bathroom and smart tv/cable.
The second bedroom (first floor) holds a queen-size bed with a smart tv/cable.

THE LOCATION
The house is a few minutes walk to Santuit Pond where trails are located. The Mashpee pond beaches are within 5 minute drive - swimming, fishing, playground and picnic areas.
When you’re ready for a day on the ocean beach, drive 8 miles to Craigville Beach or South Cape Beach on the Nantucket Sound side and 9 miles to Sandy Neck on the Cape Cod Bay side.
